We are seeking an Inside Sales Agent to join our team! 

As an Inside Sales Agent (ISA) at The Hoffman Murphy Team, you will prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by The Hoffman Murphy RE Team. You will assist in all aspects of the process of prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. You will obtain critical information about buyer / seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing and/or Buyer Specialists.

They will assist in all aspects of the process, including prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system. The ISA is the keeper of the database and is responsible for setting quality appointments for our agent partners. Through client care conversations will provide 5 star service committed to the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Hoffman Murphy Team. The ISA also demonstrates a commitment to learning and strives for growth by regularly attending training provided, and practicing scripts and dialogue.

The Responsibilities in the Insides Sales Agent Role:

  • Prospect for leads from database through call, text, email, and video technology

  • Convert leads to appointments

  • Hours: Work a pre-planned 6 hours on the phone, 5 days a week.

    • Choose hours between 8am - 7pm Time Zone:  Pacific Standard

  • Destination:  Hybrid: Hermosa Beach Office and work from home opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or other related fields

  • Familiarity with CRM platforms 

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented

  • Hold a California Real Estate License

  • Lives in the South Bay of Los Angeles or very close

  • Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, recruiting, call center or other related fields

  • Ability to build rapport with clients

  • Exceptional communication skills demonstrating an ability to effectively communicate with team, clients and vendors

  • Tech Savvy

  • Team player - willing to do what it takes to get the job done
