We have purchased two homes and sold one with the Hoffman Murphy team! Top notch customer service and understanding of the real estate "landscape." Susan and Marie have created a company and built a team that are incredibly knowledgeable about what it takes to sell your home and purchase a dream home. When my family wanted to move from a rental into our first owned home, we were so nervous that we wouldn't be able to find something we loved AND could afford. We found a home in the sweetest community in Westchester that our 18 month old daughter (at the time) could grow up in. The shred event was great! So convenient! Thanks for putting on this event! When I drove off I felt a relief to get all of my old papers out of my house (Spring cleaning). Besides the shred event, the Hoffman Murphy real estate team is great at what they do and they take time to listen to your needs. They don't waste your time by showing you properties you don't want to see. That's important to me because time is money, Great job!!

Sue, Laura, Nicole and their team did a stellar job representing us in the sale of our family home. Their knowledge of the market is top-notch and they did an excellent job of keeping us informed--they are great communicators. I also think they gave sound advice at every stage of the process. People may tend to think that selling Manhattan Beach real estate is a pretty easy task, but particularly in today's market, with higher interest rates, MB isn't much different than any other market--your agent matters. For me, I would hire the Hoffman Murphy team again, no doubt.
